Louise embarked on a transformative journey towards achieving a more defined abdomen and flatter stomach through our HIFU body sculpting treatment. At 44 years old, Louise, a dedicated gym-goer, faced challenges in toning her stomach despite maintaining a rigorous fitness routine. Before initiating the HIFU treatment, our therapist meticulously recorded Louise’s measurements and captured photos from various angles, in order to have a record of the progression of the treatment and document how well our client responded to the HIFU treatment.

Guidelines for HIFU body sculpting treatment
Guidelines were drawn to ensure targeted treatment, as the belly button area needs to be avoided as there are too many nerve endings in this area that can cause discomfort.
Once all the guidelines were drawn out a thick layer of gel is applied for comfort during the procedure. This helps to create a barrier between the client’s skin and the hand piece, making the treatment a lot more comfortable.
Calibrating the Lynton Dual Focus device for the HIFU body sculpting treatment
Our therapist calibrated the Lynton Dual Focus device for Louise, using the 4-13 cartridge with specific energy settings. The treatment commenced with around 70 shots per designated area, resulting in over 700 shots in total, specifically focusing on toning muscles and tightening skin.

HIFU body sculpting treatment aftercare products
We advised Louise to use the [ comfort zone ] D age body cream post treatment. This product helps to keep the skin hydrated and nourished, whilst having a tightening effect which helps achieve faster results.
Emphasising the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle, we recommended continuing with a balanced diet, regular exercise.
Second HIFU body sculpting treatment
Four weeks later, Louise returned for her second session, reporting minimal discomfort and a reduction in waist size. She informed us that any redness had gone down within just a few hours of leaving the salon and there was a light aching feeling as if she had done an ab workout, but this didn’t last very long. Other than that, she advised that everything felt completely normal.
Our therapist observed a noticeable improvement in abdominal tone, reflected in the photos and measurements taken during the second treatment.
During the second treatment there wasn’t really any differences in sensations from the first treatment. Louise still experienced redness on the skin and a slight discomfort when working on the outer sides towards her hips.
